EDIT: So there's good news and bad news. Good news is my laptop can be fixed. Bad news is it'll take two weeks and they're replacing it with the same parts that chronically break. Not to mention I need to pay about half the price of the original full laptop.
So yeah. I guess the OCT entry is off unless Zein wants to do all of the entire thing. Sorry guys. :<
Also I'm rather sick and an acquaintance of mine died. This has been a fun month.
TL;DR: My laptop is broken and I've been gone for a week and I may be gone a number more.
So anyway, I'm pretty sure I have the worst karma of anyone out there. Approximately twenty minutes after telling someone that PCs can be just as good as Macs, my laptop fan starts sounding like a lawnmower.
I love my laptop. It functions on Minecraft, it's never lost data, and hell, the video card even works on games it's not supposed to. But the physical mechanics are TERRIBLE. It's like Pollution paid the companies to make everything fall apart instantl-- oh wait.
But goddamnit, usually it does this when there's a quarter milligram of dust in there, but now no amount of dusting seems to fix anything. On top of that, my laptop likes to pretend it's a Mac so there's NO WAY TO OPEN IT.
I swear I will kill something soon. I don't want to pay two hundred bucks for some guy to open it up and remove a hair or a grain of sand or something. But apparently I have to.
My laptop appears to be working fine otherwise except that every time I start it up it sounds like the sink disposal.
So in case anyone noticed I was gone, that is why.
While I'm gone, you should go watch the new episode of Dr. Squid: [link]
And go watch ASDFmovie 5 while you're at it.
PS: Started watching that Sherlock show that's been a big hit. I want to know why he is sniffing other peoples' cigarettes. And also where his cocaine went because you know he has it somewhere. >C IT'SINTHEBOOKSSOIT'STRUE. Ahem.
But anyway, good show so far. They did a pretty good job of mirroring the books.
